means to the end, never the end by itself. Christian management allows us to serve people more efficiently. The second reason for the need of management in Christian ministry is because the body of Christ is a corporate entity. It’s not an organization but rather an organism, living and breathing as the body of Christ incarnate in this world. The church is a community of people who have come together out of their own volition to function as a group. As such believers are members “one of another”
